Artist Spotlight: Yoko Honda
Today I want to put the spotlight on a female contemporary artist from Tokyo that I recently discovered, Yoko Honda. I am absolutely in love with the 80's pop universe of the japanese illustratrice represented by her vibrant neon colors and angular aesthetic.
Her digital paintings of some miami vibes fictional cities with all the retro feels of the motels, rooms, palms, and deserted pools definitely bring us back to the awesomeness of the 80's era and pop life.
I am also personally especially in love her with landscapes mountain drawings.
I recommend taking a look at her arts while listening to some Boy George and Madonna for awesome visual experience !
